We have a 4 hour minimum charge per server 
We offer 1 hour drive time at no charge. Further didstances will be charged as labor.



We want to know what your expectations are for your event. We want to provide very best service.
Things we will ask during our conversation -
1. Expected number in attendence?
2. Location of venue?
3. Will you need a Bartender?
4. Type of serving? (Plated, buffet style, etc)

Before arriving, we will need to know the menu and where the trash will be placed.
We will also need to be aware of locations of serving trays, utensils, etc.
